Tori Moss – Presented with the ACC Letters Award

Without a doubt, God has gifted and granted Tori with an exceptional talent for sport.

Early in Term 2, Tori Moss (Year 12) was presented with the ACC Letters by ACC Director of Sport, Kyle March.

The awarding of “ACC Letters” is the highest individual accolade awarded by the Associated and Catholic Colleges Association, which is the Interschool body that Rehoboth competes within. To receive “Letters”, a student must be selected in an All-Star Team in the same sport for a minimum of four years, which Tori achieved in Athletics. To be selected in an All-Star Team, a student must attain a Top 2 finish in an event across all divisions of Athletics Carnivals in the ACC. To be selected once is outstanding. To be selected in an All-Star Team over four consecutive years is exceptional!

Tori Moss has been involved in Athletics from the age of 7. Her passion and hard work in the sport has seen her represent WA at a State, National and International level. She has been the Rehoboth Age Champion in Athletics for most, if not all her schooling and has successfully represented Rehoboth at Interschool carnivals as this award attests to.

Her most recent highlights include:
Little Athletics WA Female Athlete of the Year 2020
WA State Heptathlon Champion U18 Women
Australian National Championships U18 Women's Heptathlon Silver Medallist
WA State Heptathlon Champion U20 Women
WA State 100m Hurdles Champion U20 Women
She holds the current state records in:
U16 Girls 300m Hurdles
U16 Girls Heptathlon
U16 Girls 200m time in the Heptathlon

Tori has represented Rehoboth Christian College in the All School WA Championships over the last two years achieving Gold medals in the U18 100m Hurdles and 400m as well as many other podium placings.

She is currently in training for the 2022 Australian National Championships to be held in Perth. This year, Tori will also work towards qualifying for the 2022 U20 World Championships Heptathlon and individual events – 200m, 100m hurdles and long jump.

Congratulations Tori and we wish you well in your future sport endeavours this year and beyond your time at Rehoboth.
