Positions Available

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Trumpet Tutor to join our Instrumental Music Tutor team at the start of Term 1 in 2022. This part-time position will be for teaching primary students (at 2 campuses) for one and a half hours per week, with the view to expand and grow the program. Applicants who are also able to teach Trombone will be favourably considered.

To be successful for this role you must be able to communicate effectively with young people, parents and staff. The successful applicants will report to the IMP Coordinator, assisting with developing teaching programs and lesson plans as well as delivering specialised music tuition on one or more given instruments.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Bus Driver to join our Fleet team part-time for the start of February 2022.

If you are reliable, trustworthy, and a real people person with a love for sharing life and faith with students, we want to hear from you!

About the Position

You will be required to operate College buses during scheduled morning and afternoon bus runs and excursions for 55 hours per fortnight. A vital part of the position is assisting in the educational process, which often includes leading discipleship groups, attending mission trips, staff devotions and more.

About the Position

This is an ongoing position for a part-time Science and Digital Technologies Teacher. You will be delivering exceptional learning programmes across ten periods of Years 7-10 Digital Technology and fifteen periods of Years 7-9 Science.

You will be based at our Kenwick Campus and report to our Secondary Principal.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Guitar Tutor to join our Instrumental Music Tutor team at the start of Term 1 in 2022. The successful applicants will report to the IMP Coordinator, assisting with developing teaching programs and lesson plans as well as delivering specialised
music tuition on one or more given instruments, up to ATAR level or equivalent. This is a part-time contract for up to one and a half days per week teaching
Pre-Primary to Year 12 students. You will be required to teach both Classical and Contemporary (finger picking, electric and bass) guitar lessons. To be successful for this role you must be able to communicate effectively with young people, parents and staff.

About the Position

It is essential that, as our Finance Manager, you are committed to providing Biblically-based leadership and management and that your lifestyle and approach to the position are consistent with our Christian values and ethos.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will report to the CEO and have a strategic role in the overall management of the College.

Responsibility for day-to-day duties such as planning, managing, and implementing our various financial processes will be yours. You will also need to keep a close eye on budgetary controls and forecasting and manage your Finance Team as you provide a comprehensive suite of financial services to the Rehoboth community. Our IT, Facilities and Transport, and several smaller departments will also report directly to you.

If you have previous experience in Christian education, that will be favourably considered as well.

Here are the essential criteria for the position:

  • applicants must be actively involved in a local Protestant Christian church and be able to demonstrate an exemplary Christian lifestyle;
  • tertiary qualifications in accounting (preferably CPA), business, commerce, or other relevant discipline;
  • membership of an appropriate professional accounting body;
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar executive level role;
  • must hold or obtain a Working with Children Check; and
  • must hold or obtain a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check that is no more than three months old.
