Fees and Discounts

We believe Christian education should be affordable and accessible to as many Christian families as desire it.

A number of factors are taken into consideration when calculating tuition fees. These can include ensuring staff salaries are competitive, projected expenses, anticipated Government funding, the CPI for Education, and the ongoing viability of the College.

The fees that parents pay only account for about 33% of our income. Tuition fees therefore represent the gap between the total cost of educating a child and the funding we gratefully receive from State and Federal Governments.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we do not derive a profit from fees nor are Board or Association members paid any dividends.

We also offer a range of payment options including direct debit (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), credit card, Electronic Funds Transfer, Centrepay (provided by Centrelink), cash, or cheque.

Our fee structure is competitively priced and based on a fee payable up to a maximum of three students attending the College. The first student enrolled incurs the full tuition rate, while the second and third students receive a discount of approximately 15% and 40% respectively. Families with more than three children attending at any one time do not pay an additional fee for the fourth child, fifth child, and so on.

Also available to families is a discounted fee rate based on volunteering up to five hours of time at the College over the course of a semester.

Many of the activities that parents are able to be involved in qualify for College Support. All you need to do is complete the approved activities and submit your completed College Support form to the Business Office by the stated due date. Your discount will then be processed and applied to your next statement.

Some of the activities that qualify for College Support include:

  • Canteen (serving, preparing meals, baking)
  • Office administration support
  • Gardening and maintenance
  • Classroom assistance
  • Information communication technology
  • Accompaniment on excursions
  • Accompaniment on camps

We welcome your enquiries about other qualifying activities at any of our Administration Offices.

We are a registered CRICOS provider and welcome enrolment applications from international families.

Please note that a different fee schedule applies for international students, but sibling and College Support discounts still apply.

Visit our International Students page for more information on enrolling as an international student.

Other Fees and Charges

$200 per student

A Security of Enrolment Fee applies per student for the first two students enrolled and is payable within fourteen days of the date of your enrolment Letter of Confirmation. This fee is credited to your College account in the first term following the student’s commencement but is otherwise non-refundable. The College reserves the right to allocate a place to another student in the event that this fee is not paid by the due date.

$200 bond per device

All students in Years 4-12 are issued a Microsoft Surface Pro device along with a Microsoft account. Students retain these devices either until they are replaced by the College or the student’s course of study ends. The College will charge a bond, which is refunded once the device is returned, but there are no other costs to parents for these devices unless repairs or replacements are required outside of warranty.

$2500 per student

In 2023, we will be recommencing our Year 7 Canberra Trip after the recent COVID-19 cancellations. The Canberra Trip is an excellent opportunity for Year 7 students to put their Civics and Citizenship learning into practice. As it is not a compulsory camp, it has not been included in the schedule of Year 7 fees that you will find in the Fee Calculator below. The Canberra Trip fee will be charged to your account separately after you have registered your student to attend. Payment plans are available to assist parents with this cost.
