Before starting your application you will need to have original scans or certified copies of  your Working With Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check. You can also use the Save button at the end of the page to save and resume your application at any time.

We encourage all applicants to have read the Westminster Confession of Faith and/or the Three Forms of Unity. These form our Statement of Belief at Rehoboth.

We also encourage you to inform your references that you are disclosing their contact information so that they can access that information if they wish. They should also be informed that we do not usually disclose information to third parties unless required to do so by law and that we may store their information for six weeks in the event of an unsuccessful application.
