Administration Assistant

An exciting opportunity has become available for a positive and friendly administrative assistant to join our well established and growing College community.

We are seeking an office all-rounder, to work full-time, Monday – Friday each week, within a collaborative and friendly team.

About the Position

Based at the Kenwick Campus, the Administration Assistant supports the Senior Leadership Team by providing timely secretarial and administrative services.

You will also need to have exceptional organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills and have an outstanding ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and contractors.

Here are the essential criteria for the position:

  • strong computer literacy skills and a familiarity with the Microsoft Suite, TASS/Seqta experience preferred;
  • a passion for providing excellent customer service;
  • you must be actively involved in a local Protestant Christian church and be able to demonstrate an exemplary Christian lifestyle;
  • you must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check;
  • you must be willing to obtain a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check; and
