We are thrilled you have made it to our website and hope you will take the opportunity to investigate Rehoboth Christian College further.

Mr Mark Steyn (CEO)

From the CEO

I am very pleased to be able to welcome you to our website. Rehoboth has a rich heritage of providing quality Christian education that stretches back more than fifty years, and you can learn more about that history on this site.

Our dedicated founders made considerable sacrifices to establish Rehoboth, and we are proud to continue that tradition as we look for innovative and sustainable ways to continue the College and the education it provides. We do this in the knowledge not only of our history but also of the God and Saviour who has provided for us in all things.

I hope you will find our site to be a useful tool for interacting with us. A school website can be an unwieldy thing; there is a wealth of information that needs to be made available, and finding your way through it all can be a challenge. Our aim has been to create a site that is intuitive to use and will be a central point of contact between you and the College. Whether you are a prospective family, existing parents, student, or staff member, we trust you will be able to find the information you are looking for quickly and easily.

To be part of a community that is centred around Jesus Christ as Lord of all is our unique privilege as believers, and I look forward to partnering with you in this for the education of your children.

Mrs Willy Pike

(Principal - Wilson K-6)

From the Principals

We extend a very warm welcome to you. We trust that you will find our website informative and a great starting point to learn more about our distinctly Christian approach to education.

Rehoboth is not just another school. We are a well-established community of Christian families with a rich heritage stretching back over fifty years, and we consider it a privilege to be able to partner with families in nurturing and educating their children. It is always deeply rewarding to see our students mature into young men and women of strong character, and we value each of them as individuals made in God’s image.

Mrs Nicole Pleysier

(Principal - Kenwick K-6)

In one form or another the question, ‘What does it mean to be distinctly Christian?’ is at the heart of everything we do – from curriculum development and classroom practice, to the way we choose to interact with students and how we go about promoting the College.

A truly distinct Christian education is more than just adding a devotion to the day’s routine. Our students have the opportunity to develop a strong sense of purpose by learning to think differently with the mind of Christ; they are taught to behave differently by understanding and acting according to His will; and they are encouraged to take up the challenge of engaging with a world that does not always share our Christian perspective, and to do so boldly.

Mrs Marilyn Louwen

(Principal - Kenwick 7-12)

Our aim is to train students to be distinctly Christian in their outlook and well-prepared to take their place in the world. We do this through a whole-child philosophy that aims to develop each student’s academic potential while cultivating their spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Purpose in learning
Partnership with parents
Preparation for life
For the glory of God alone

This is how we aim to approach education at Rehoboth, and we would be only too happy to meet with you and your family to discuss it further.

Welcome to Rehoboth.
