Maths is not a neutral topic. God created all things- including mathematic principles. When God created all things, He determined how they would operate. Whenever we do a math problem and it works, it can be seen as a confirmation that the rules and laws that God put into our world are still working – we can use this to build our faith in God as unchanging and in control of our world.

Our Year 4-6 students recently got to experience a collaborative and thought-provoking mathematics incursion. World of Maths is an interactive, travelling maths show that seeks to use real-life examples to present complex math problems in creative ways. It uses a hands-on approach, where students are encouraged to have-a-go at solving each scenario and enjoy learning mathematics while they are working.
