On Friday 15 September, the Year 3 Starry Night went off with a BANG!
The students waited with excitement and anticipation all day, until the final siren sounded and it was time to begin. They eagerly joined in with the activities which included face painting, astronaut chocolate game, Oreo moon phases, bottle rocket launching, moon rock relay, don’t drop the asteroid, and of course the bouncy castle.
After bursting at the seams from out of this world pizza, they watched a movie on the big screen in the gymnasium. The students finished off the evening with glow sticks and sparklers on the oval, while gazing at God’s amazing candelabra of stars above.
