Our Year 10 Drama class is working on a production! We are excited to present to the school this year Grace Alone, a short play based on the life of our green and gold House’s name: John Newton.
This production has been in the works since the start of the year, with the goal of presenting it as part of our Arts Festival. We have been working with the Year 10 General Music students, who have been creating music for the production and will live score it for the performance.
The Year 9 Digital Technology class is making some staging for us, and the Year 10 Visual Communications class will do some media and promotional work for us next term too.
It’s a bona fide cross-curricular project!
The play will be performed on the Friday of Arts Fest, starting around 2pm in the Kenwick Gym.
