Our students’ musical talents reached new heights, with original compositions broadcast to an audience of 70,000 on Sonshine FM – a proud moment of professional recognition and creative excellence.
Our local radio station, Sonshine FM played some of our student compositions on air and invited Mr Sam Thomson along with a few music students for a live interview. It was wonderful to see our students’ excellent work recognised at a professional level, with some of their compositions broadcast to an audience of up to 70,000 listeners. Three of our Year 10 Specialist Music students also gave outstanding interviews, representing the College with professionalism and enthusiasm. Their compositional work was exceptional. We’re grateful to Sonshine FM for their interest in our music program, and to our students for their continued excellence in this space.
