Parent Resources

You may need to right click on a button and choose ‘Save As’ to download the desired file. This is a glitch we are aware of, but which only seems to be affecting a small number of users.

Consent2Go is a platform to help us manage student health and medical information, aid teachers in planning and running activities, and facilitate parent permissions for those activities. It heavily reduces our reliance on paper forms for excursions and other activities by using email and secure online student profiles for parent approvals. With each excursion, you will receive an email to update and approve the medical information we hold about your child and to give permission for them to attend the activity.

If you need to update your child’s profile at any other time: simply type your email address into the Student Profile Invitation at the link below. It will generate a secure link to allow you to update the profile. Please note that the system requires a two-factor authentication and will also send a code to your mobile phone.

Please note that paper copies will not be sent home, but may be requested from your Campus Administration Office. There is no booklist for Kindy and Pre-Primary students. You will be charged a class levy towards supplies in place of a booklist. For 2019 we are transitioning to online ordering with our booklist provider, Campion Education. Please follow the instructions on the booklist to ensure your order is placed correctlyWe strongly encourage parents to act immediately once booklists become available because:it allows you to make the best use of secondhand text trading where this is available; a fixed-price home delivery fee of only $8 applies to all orders placed before Friday 7 December 2018. After this, the full delivery fee of $17.50 will apply; and it means you can avoid the back-to-school shopping rush in January. In 2019, we will be presenting ESV Bibles to students in Years 5-6. Students in lower year levels will have class sets of these Bibles to use, so there will be no need for parents to purchase a Bible for their students for school use. Please ensure all equipment and books are clearly labelled with your child’s full name (no initials), ready for the first day of school.
