Every four years, Christian Education National (CEN) presents an international conference aimed at inspiring transformation in educational practices within Christian education. This year, Perth proudly hosted ITEC24 Nova Diem – A New Day and over 1200 College teachers and staff attended the event.
Our College played an active role during the four-day conference. Our dedicated staff and students contributed significantly. The committee were impressed with the calibre of our students as they served coffee to sponsor hosts, engaged with participants, and assisted speakers. It was quite the commitment for parents to get our little Swannies and Kangas (Early Childhood students) there early to perform as part of the official opening, but they were terrific on stage!
Our staff were quite literally everywhere! They contributed to the conference in various ways, from leading in worship to leading workshops, managing the bookstall and much more. Overall, ITEC24 was a resounding success, thanks to the collaborative efforts of everyone involved.
