ANZAC Remembrance: Thanking God for Our Freedom

On Friday 3 May, students participated in a short ANZAC service in front of the flag pole on the oval.

The purpose of the service was to commemorate and remember the sacrifice so many people have made for our country.

The Year 3 students performed a beautiful recital of In Flanders Fields. We were also blessed to have the singers of the Year 9 band lead us in song. Two students from the Primary, Secondary and Cadets groups also laid wreaths at the foot of the flag pole in remembrance of those who have lost their lives in war. We are grateful for the opportunity to thank God for the freedom we enjoy in our country.
