Day 3 of Canberra – 20 June
We started the day with an engaging visit to the CSIRO Discovery Centre, where students participated in the ‘Discover CSIRO’ program.
Next, we toured Government House, where the students learned about its historical significance. We then headed to the National Portrait Gallery, where the ‘Visit Arts’ program introduced them to the stories behind various portraits.
The afternoon featured a guided walking tour of ANZAC Parade, highlighting Australia’s military history and memorials.
We concluded the day with afternoon tea at the National Portrait Gallery before returning to Sundown Villas for dinner. In the evening, we finished the day with a devotion and fun games, bringing everyone together for some enjoyable bonding time.
