Year 5 and 6 Visit Parliament House

On Friday, 18 November the Year 5 and 6 students went to the city to visit Parliament House.

We saw the Upper and Lower House. The Upper House had red walls and long sofas and the Lower House had blueish/greenish walls and long sofas.

In the Upper House, we saw a black rod which represents the Queen when she is not there and the gold mace that represents protection for the speaker.

Exciting Finish to Term 3 for Year 6

Constitution Centre and Art Gallery of WA

On Wednesday, 4 November, the Wilson Year 5 and 6 classes went on a riveting excursion to the Constitution Centre and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Pre-Primary Dive into AQWA Excursion

Today, all the Wilson Pre-Primary students travelled to AQWA for their very first school excursion. We thoroughly enjoyed our AQWA experience of going in the tunnel on the conveyor belt to investigate the Ship Wreck Coast, being splashed by the stingrays at Stingray Bay, and touching the starfish in the Touch Pool. We also enjoyed our lunch and play at Heathcote Park.
