Mixed Results for Senior Boys Soccer Team

After some good wins, our Senior Boys’ team went into their last group game against Lynwood B with confidence. Unfortunately, we did not start the game well and struggled to play with intensity. The boys found themselves 2 nil down at the break. The second half started positively; Rehoboth began to dominate the opposition. Matt Noblet scored, but we were to go down a further goal due to an unfortunate deflection. We were still in the match after Eli Joye’s goal made the score line 3-2 but could not equalize despite a few more good chances. We will have to wait to see if we still qualify for the knockout rounds in Term 3.

Senior Girls Finish with a Win

On Tuesday our Senior Girls’ team travelled to St Brigid’s to play their final match. They had a sensational first half; scoring 4 goals and dominating play.

After half time the girls continued to control the game and added another goal before the final whistle. Sharon Birech and Allira Terpstra both scored twice in a solid win.

A big thanks to Keziah Erispe and Allira Terpstra (from Year 7) for stepping up to fill positions in the senior team.

WACSSA Netball Carnival

On Friday 20 June, The Western Australian Christian School Sports Association (WACSSA) held a Netball Carnival. As this is a sport that we are expanding into, we entered a Secondary Year 7-9 team.

The team participated well, displaying the skills that they had learnt and practiced and showed good sportsmanship throughout the day.
