On Wednesday, 1 July, during Term 2, we held our annual Interhouse Cross-Country event. God blessed us with a lovely cloudy day with no rain (ok, just a little drizzle) which enabled the competitors to enjoy near perfect conditions and for us to have a very successful day.
We began just after recess with the whole school participating, except for Mr Peletier and Mrs James’ classes who were away on their Year 7 trip to Canberra.
All Year 8-12 students had to do a 3km run. Matthew Noblet ran the fastest time of the boys for the day, with a finish time of 14mins 56 seconds, and Luritha Martens coming in quickest for the girls at 17mins and 29 seconds.
The results were as follows:

Year 8 Girls
Tadiwa Kapatika 22.23
