Year 7 Orientation – Getting Excited to Start in Secondary

On Thursday, 15 September, the Year 6 classes took part in the Year 7 Endeavour Orientation Program. Students were quickly organised into three tribes, introduced themselves, smeared on a bit of face paint, showed off their tribal chant, and then raced to complete a team puzzle. Each group worked well to put the pictures in order.

Next, they were off to their first rotation. All of the rotation activities were very exciting. In “All About…

Year 5-6 Learning Extension (LEX@R) students have been learning about work and simple machines. We have examined God’s plan for work, as well…

ANZAC Reflections

This morning, The Year 7-8 Endeavour Progam ran our ANZAC service. We had a time of reflection and commemoration for the amazing selflessness of our fellow countrymen in the Great War and armed services since then.

Despite the solemnity of the occasion, we were blessed by the vibrancy of Mr Graham Maybury, Pastor at Mt Pleasant Baptist Church and former 6PR presenter, who brought a challenging and encouraging message about who…

Primary Swimming Carnival

We had a great day for the Swimming Carnival on Monday this week. The students were excited, the new PE teacher was perhaps just a little nervous, and everyone was ready to do their best and to cheer everyone on.

Our Carnival started with the 50 metre races for those students who are able to swim well. It was great to see that a number of students recorded a personal best time in their races. We awarded…
